Twin Paragliding brings passengers and pilots together and organizes meeting point, transport, and logistics.
The tandem flight contract itself is concluded exclusively between the individual pilot and the passenger.

Paragliding is an outdoor adventure activity with an unavoidable residual safety risk.
Despite the utmost care, falls or injuries may occur during take-off, flight, or landing.
By booking, the passenger confirms that they understand and accept these risks.

Take off requires a running start of approximately 5 to 40 meters on a grassy slope or meadow, which may be uneven, bumpy or slippery.

Maximum passenger weight:

Women 80 kg,

Men 90 kg.

Passengers close to the maximum weight must be in above average physical condition, as the running start becomes faster and more powerful with more weight. Heavier passengers above the maximum weight as well as persons with physical limitations for example artificial joints, heart problems or similar conditions, and elderly passengers or those not accustomed to physical activity may only participate after prior agreement and only if they have sufficient physical ability.

There is no fixed minimum age. We recommend flights from approximately 10 years old. It is essential that the wish to fly comes from the child itself and not from the parents. Children must be mature enough to go up to the take-off site with the pilot without their parents, since parents must wait at the landing field unless they are flying themselves. The main difficulty with children is that sometimes, once they reach the take-off site, they realize they cannot fly together with their mother or father, become afraid, and decide not to fly. In such cases the child can of course return safely with our minivan. However, the full flight price must still be paid for the child and for any accompanying persons who also booked a flight but then decide not to fly. All passengers who choose not to fly are subject to the 24 hour cancellation policy and must therefore pay the full amount.

Total activity approximately 1.5 hours.
Meeting points Interlaken town center or Interlaken Ost as confirmed.
Weather related changes, delays or cancellations may occur at any time.

If a flight is cancelled by Twin or the pilot, for example due to wind or weather, the passenger pays nothing and receives a full refund.
If a passenger cancels more than 24 hours before the scheduled flight, they also receive a full refund.
If a passenger cancels less than 24 hours before the flight, the full flight price must be paid.

By booking the passenger confirms that they have read and understood the above information, that they meet the requirements weight fitness health, that they accept the inherent safety risks of tandem paragliding, and that the contract is concluded directly with the assigned pilot.
